Jessica Hong
She spent a decade making feature-length films, docs, shorts, and animated content, having her work showcased at Cannes, Sundance, Toronto and Tribeca among others. She is a longstanding member of the Director's Guild of America and has collaborated on film projects with oscar nominee J.C. Chandor, Tim Blake Nelson, Arnaud Desplechin, and James LaPine.
Jess made a transition to advertising in 2016, leading work for clients like Samsung, ABI, Google, Casper, Sony, Nike, Chase, and many others. She served as the director of content for Stink Studios until 2022.
Niccolò Vitelli
In 2010 he came back to New York with producer Elda Ferri (Life is Beautiful) to shoot the film adaptation of Peter Cameron’s acclaimed novel, “Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You.” Following this production, Nicco remained in the States to continue production on narrative feature films and television, working with Steve McQueen, Todd Solondz, Mona Fastvold, Arnaud Desplechin and academy award winner Paolo Sorrentino. In 2014 he founded, together with Jessica Hong, Alien Productions which paved the way for the production of shortform content, commercials, and music videos. Over the years he’s worked on a hundreds of projects and with clients such as Amazon, Google, Square, L’Oréal, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, Domino’s, and Pepsi. In 2015 he produced a segment for NBC which was nominated for an Emmy.
Niccolò currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife, daughter & son. He’s a lover of soccer and exploring new foods.

Jess grew up in Los Angeles and spent her early teens babysitting for children of a Hollywood screenwriter which inspired her to apply to film school. She attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a major in Film and Television production. Jess moved to Seattle after film school and found a home in the northwest indie film scene, meeting some of her favorite collaborators and mentors.

Born in New York and raised in Italy, he joined BalCaVit, an Italian print agency in 2007, and spearheaded its video department. He served as Creative Director and Director for clients such as World Wide Fund, and the Roman Counsel.
